Jump Tours is a vibrant young tour operator whose aim is to bring more backpackers and budget travellers to Tassie by offering fun tours with maximum bang for buck!

With increasing demand for our tours we’re after enthusiastic and energetic people to join our crew and help show the world why “Tassie rocks when you roll with us”. If you are passionate about Tassie’s stunning wilderness, gorgeous beaches and friendly people, you’re on your way to being the sort of guide we want to have. You should be pumped about meeting people from all over the world and be determined to make sure they have an unforgettable experience in the island state!

To be a great guide you need confidence, flexibility and organisation skills. You also need to be outgoing, self motivated and have the ability to deal with situations as they arise. You’ve got to take responsibility and ensure that your group stays safe at all times while having the best experience possible. You’ll need to be happy to drive for large parts of the day and to spend up to five days away from home on each trip.

We offer a fun working environment, competitive remuneration and a huge dose of good times to top it all off. This is a unique opportunity to escape the rat race!
