To make sure everyone has the best time possible, we need to let you know a few terms & conditions of travelling with Jump.

GENERAL

We reserve the right to alter the order or inclusions of itineraries for seasonal or operational reasons

WALKS

Our tours are wilderness based adventure tours and involve some hiking to get to the best spots. They are suitable for people with a reasonable level of fitness.

CLIMATE

Tasmania is a wild place and weather conditions can change quickly at any time of year. We stick to our itinerary rain, hail or shine, so we recommend that guests bring clothing and footwear suitable for warm, cold or wet conditions.

LUGGAGE

If you join and leave the tour in the same city we ask that you make use of hostel storage facilities where possible and bring only those items you will require on tour. In any case please limit your luggage to a maximum of 15kgs in the trailer plus a small day pack to take on board.

EATING ARRANGEMENTS

All Jump Tours are self catering - guests are free to make use of supermarkets and other food providers such as restaurants and take aways while on tour. Jump’s tour prices do not include supply of any food or drinks. Time is allocated on all tours for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All accommodation offers cooking and eating facilities except where it becomes necessary to make alternative arrangements.

MINIMUM NUMBERS

With prices this affordable we need a minimum number of guests in order to be able to run each tour. If there are insufficient numbers on any particular tour we may contact you and offer an alternative travel date. If this alternative does not suit your travel plans you are entitled to a full refund (if your booking is through a travel agent you will need to contact them to obtain this).

CANCELLATIONS

Jump Tours charges fees for cancellations depending on the time left before departure:

14 Days - 48hrs before departure: 25% of tour price

48hrs - 24hrs before departure: 50% of tour price

Within 24hrs or no shows: 100% of tour price

REFUSAL OF CARRIAGE

For the safety of our staff and customers, Jump Tours reserves the right to refuse or discontinue carriage of any passenger who is disruptive, abusive, violent or engages in illegal behaviour.
